At K Glow Store, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.

However, we accept returns in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was defective upon arrival

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit

  • Original payment method (when applicable)


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly delivered

If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used cosmetic items

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without proof of purchase


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
