Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 3 working days across Pakistan.
Delivery time may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Product must be unused and unopened
• Product must be in original packaging
• Seal must not be broken
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:
• The product has been opened or used
• The seal is broken
• The product was damaged after delivery
• You changed your mind after opening
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the product and packaging
• Our team will review and arrange replacement
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
